The academic committee will assign a supervisor from among the professors of the doctoral program. This supervisor may be changed by the committee after consulting with both the doctoral candidate and the supervisor.
Within a maximum of six months from enrollment, each doctoral candidate will be assigned a doctoral thesis supervisor. The supervisor may be the supervisor or another professor in the program (or a collaborating professor).
The academic committee, after consulting with both the doctoral candidate and the supervisor, may modify the supervisor appointment at any time during the process.
If co-supervision is required, it must be requested from the academic committee, and its relevance must be defended in a work plan, either before the committee or before the examining board during the thesis defense.
